BERRY-LICIOSO ALMOND PUDDING (raw-vegan)
Sometimes we all need something for dessert besides cut up fruit. Although I am not a huge “sweets” person, I do enjoy the natural sweetness and tang of fresh ripe fruit with certain textures like “pudding”. This recipe only consists of RAW and VEGAN ingredients; so it equates to GUILT FREE. I hope you enjoy this as much as I do.
1/2 cup fresh RAW ALMOND MILK(click here for recipe)
1 cup fresh organic whole blueberries
1 cup fresh organic whole blackberries
1 TBSP fresh almond pulp (from the almond milk recipe)
extra blueberries and blackberries to garnish
In your blender, blend the milk and fruit on high for 2 minutes. Add the almond pulp and blend on high for 2 additional minutes. Pour evenly into 2 serving dishes, garnish with extra fruit and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
